Locally, Tracey is regarded as an authority in the Elk Grove area, where she has earned the title of "Laguna's 'Billboard Lady'." The now famous billboard is located on the corner of Bruceville Road and Big Horn Blvd, complete with a professional picture and the caption: "Tracey Sells Laguna."
Her credits include being a Gold Circle Million Dollar Producer and having a Certified Residential Specialist Designation. Only 5% of all licensed Real Estate Agents nationwide have received this designation. To receive this designation, one must work solely in 1 community for 10 years or more. This enables Tracey to educate you about the Elk Grove Community, including schools, churches, shopping, and community activities.
As an Outstanding life member of Masters Club, Tracey gives back twofold on an ongoing basis. She is a past president of the Sacramento Chapter Women's Council of Realtors, and past president of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and a dirctor for the California Association of Realtors.
"When you work hard, you should play hard and enjoy life to the fullest while you can" is the driving force for Tracey. She maintains a deep conviction concerning an overall healthy lifestyle, and puts it into practice throughout each day. Tracey attributes her high energy level to her vegetarian diet and herbal program, plus a good balance of physical exercise and rest. She certainly maximizes every hour of the day, feels good and eagerly looks forward to water and snow skiing and spending time at her condo on the Island of Kauai as well as her cabin at Alpine Meadows.
Discipline and organization play a large part in Tracey's overall achievements. She is able to "fit it all in" by structuring her day wisely, planning, and employing the help of an extremely helpful, capable, licensed, personal assistant for the past eight years. Such an arrangement is critical, according to Tracey, if one is to balance quality time at home with the demands of a busy real estate practice. "A successful agent is basically on call like a doctor, twenty-four hours a day; and you get calls at all times of the day and night, and you work weekends," analyzes Tracey.
"I believe in 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you.'" By giving clients extraordinary service, Tracey has generated an exorbitant amount of repeat business. As a consequence of practicing the "By Referral Only" method, Tracey has mastered a client base of constant referrals for life. Tracey's system gleans a ninety percent referral rate. This mixture of "Going the extra mile," providing specialized client attention, and servicing referred and repeat customers has allowed Tracey to not only remain competitive, but to stay in the top percentile for sales.
